**Job Description**:
To succeed, you’d have technical experience and expertise in - A. For you to be successful, you must: - Scrum Master with overall 8 to 10 Years of experience and 3 years of experience handling scrum teams that are spread across Geos (Americas, EMEA, and AsiaPacific) and should be able to work independently and offline through available tools(Atlassian JIRA, confluence, any PM software) - Scrum Master who is a people person with collaboration, risk assessment, removing blockers, project management skills. - Scrum master should be well versed with planning, prioritizing, stakeholder engagement with very good verbal and written communication skills. - Should have a good understanding of JIRA configuration to help with setup of user stories and workflows. B. You’ll bring this to the table: - Promote Agile values, principles, and practices within the teams Drive and own responsibilities of Scrum Master for multiple software development teams Schedule, manage and facilitate Scrum events (Scrum daily, Scrum Planning, Scrum Review, Scrum Retrospective, and Scrum Refinements) - Facilitate meetings and communication between product owner stakeholders and development team members to ensure the highest value work the top priority in the backlog Facilitate collaboration on a daily basis to remove impediments and reduce risk. - Grow Agile maturity within development team members as well as product owners, scaling best practices. - Foster an environment of trust and collaboration within the team. Work towards ensuring proper visibility and transparency between development teams, stakeholders, and the organisation. - Manage development team backlog, work prioritization, assignment, and tracking in Jira. - Create, manage and publish team metrics and reporting from Jira. Assist in the administration of Jira. Required Qualifications - Bachelor degree in relevant field. - 3 years experience working directly with software development teams. - 3 years experience working as a Scrum Master across multiple cross functional teams. - Should be able to configure JIRA. - Deep understanding of Agile values, principles, as well as Scrum framework. - Expertise in managing large scale data projects - data warehouse, Big Data, Data Lakes, Cloud (AWS/Azure), etc - Heavy focus on data warehousing projects using : Big data, AWS (Redshift, Snow Flake), SQL Server, MySQL, NoSQL - Agile Scrum Certification (i.e. SAFe SSM, CSM, PMPACP, etc.). - Excellent facilitation, conflict mediation, and situational awareness skills. - Excellent communication, written and verbal. C. It would be exceptional, if you also have this : o Understanding of Agile and other development processes and methodologies o Proactively identifies potential delivery issues and drives resolution to avoid customer impact and facilitate continuous improvement o Should be hands on manager with strong fundamental knowledge and play a key role in mentoring project teams o Provides complex metrics and reporting support to all relevant stakeholders
