- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the engineering, automobile, and industrial sectors.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical and production teams to offer suitable solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and emerging customer needs.
- Develop and execute marketing and outreach strategies tailored to the industrial segments.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and quotations; participate in price negotiations.
- Monitor competitor activity and generate market intelligence reports.
- Attend trade shows, industry events, and exhibitions to network and promote the company's capabilities.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely communication, delivery coordination, and after-sales service.
- Maintain CRM data and provide regular updates to the management on sales pipeline and conversion.
