**Responsibilities**:

- **Media Relations**:

- Develop and maintain positive relationships with local and regional media outlets.
- Create and distribute press releases and media kits to generate positive coverage.
- Act as the primary point of contact for media inquiries.
- **Community Engagement**:

- Plan and execute community engagement initiatives to enhance the hospital's presence in the local community.
- Coordinate and participate in community events, health fairs, and outreach programs.
- **Stakeholder Communication**:

- Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, referring healthcare providers, and community leaders.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure consistent and accurate communication.
- **Crisis Management**:

- Develop and implement crisis communication plans to address potential issues promptly.
- Act as a spokesperson for the hospital during crisis situations, ensuring accurate and timely information dissemination.
- **Internal Communication**:

- Facilitate internal communication processes to ensure all staff members are informed about important updates, events, and achievements.
- Develop and maintain internal communication channels.
- **Event Planning**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute events that align with the hospital's PR objectives.
- Ensure successful coordination of events to enhance the hospital's image.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
