The Learning Solutions Architect is responsible for leading the strategic design and continuous enhancement of our training programs. This role plays a pivotal part in supporting the GM RTO and collaborating with the Training Operations team to ensure that all learning solutions are innovative, compliant, and aligned with industry standards and organisational objectives. The Learning Solutions Architect will focus on developing and implementing a comprehensive digital learning strategy, establishing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for content creation, and driving other strategic initiatives related to the architecture and delivery of learning experiences.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Multimedia Development, or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in learning solutions development, instructional design, or a related field, with a strong focus on digital learning strategies.
- Proven experience in developing and managing educational content, with a background in compliance with Australian training standards.
- Advanced skills in using multimedia tools and digital learning platforms, including VR, AI, and e-learning development tools

- **Strategic Thinking**: Able to develop long-term learning solutions that support organizational objectives.
- **Team Collaboration**: Proven ability to enhance team performance through collaboration and a focus on continuous learning.
