**Educational Qualification**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in **Interior Design**, **Civil Engineering**, or **Construction Management**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Billing & Estimation**:

- Prepare **detailed bills of quantities (BOQ)** and **measurement sheets** as per site execution and drawings.
- Track **work-in-progress**, validate contractor bills, and ensure alignment with project scope.
- Create and submit **client invoices** based on project milestones or percentage completion.
- Generate and verify **subcontractor bills**, site measurement records, and material consumption reports.
- **Site Coordination**:

- Coordinate with **site engineers**, **project managers**, and vendors to collect timely measurements.
- Conduct **site visits** to validate measurements and progress updates.
- Identify and document **variations or deviations** from approved drawings for change orders.
- **Documentation & Compliance**:

- Maintain up-to-date documentation of **drawings, work orders, bills, and approvals**.
- Ensure all billing processes comply with **taxation (GST)** and company policies.
- Prepare and track **purchase orders**, **work orders**, and **project cost sheets**.
- **Reporting**:

- Generate **weekly/monthly billing and costing reports** for management.
- Maintain cost tracking sheets and flag any **budget overruns** or inconsistencies.
- Reconcile budgeted vs. actual expenses and provide variance analysis.
- **Coordination with Accounts**:

- Liaise with the **accounts team** for invoice submission, payment follow-ups, and tax documentation.
- Support audit queries and vendor reconciliations related to billing.

**Key Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of **interior BOQ preparation**, **rate analysis**, and **project costing**:

- Proficiency in **AutoCAD**, **MS Excel**, and **ERP tools** (e.g. Tally, SAP, Zoho Projects)
- Good understanding of **interior finishes**, **materials**, and **execution standards**:

- Strong **numerical accuracy**, **attention to detail**, and **analytical skills**:

- Good communication and coordination ability with **site teams** and **vendors**

**Experience Required**:

- 2-5 years in **billing, estimation**, or **cost control** in an **interior fit-out** or **civil contracting** firm.
- Familiarity with **commercial/residential interiors**, furniture, joinery, or modular systems is a plus.
