**About Us**:
SteelOnClick Services Private Limited, a leading steel distributor, is seeking a Sales Calling and Administration Associate to join our team. As a trusted distributor of SAIL, Electrosteel, VIZAG Steel, and SBF Rapid, we are dedicated to delivering premium steel solutions to our valued clients.

As a Sales Calling and Administration Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring smooth administrative operations.

**Responsibilities**:
**Sales Calling**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce SteelOnClick's products and services.
- Understand customer needs and provide information about the features and benefits of our steel products.
- Generate and qualify leads through proactive outreach and follow-up.

**Administration**:

- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
- Coordinate with other departments to facilitate seamless operations.

**Requirements**:

- Basic experience in sales calling or a similar role.
- Excellent Verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle administrative tasks with attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of steel products or the construction industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
