**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Schedule Management: Maintain and monitor production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of orders. Collaborate with the design and production teams to plan and execute production processes efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Keep track of inventory levels, both raw materials and finished goods. Coordinate with the production team to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize wastage.
- Coordination with Teams: Work closely with the design and production teams, providing clear communication and timely updates on production requirements, order status, and any issues that may arise.
- Vendor and Collaborator Coordination: Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, collaborators, and suppliers. Coordinate with them to ensure timely delivery of materials, resolve any issues, and negotiate favorable terms.
- Fabric Department Management: Oversee the fabric department in collaboration with the designer. Source and procure trims and fabrics for B2B production, D2C production, and custom tailoring. Ensure availability of materials according to production requirements.
- Client and Vendor Relations: Maintain positive relationships with clients and vendors, ensuring clear and timely communication. Address any concerns or inquiries promptly and provide exceptional customer service.

**Qualifications**:

- Work Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in garment merchandising, production coordination, or a related role. Familiarity with the garment industry and production processes is preferred.
- Language Skills: Fluent in both English and Hindi, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Availability: Able to work Monday to Friday from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm, with flexibility for occasional overtime or deadline-driven projects.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills to manage schedules, track inventory, and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously. Attention to detail is crucial to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Fabric and Trim Knowledge: Understanding of different fabrics, trims, and their usage in garment production. Familiarity with sourcing, maintaining inventory, and evaluating quality.
