**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Monitor and maintain the **Quality Management System (QMS)** in the production facility.
- Conduct routine **sampling and quality checks** for raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
- Ensure compliance with **FSSAI**, **HACCP**, and **ISO 22000** standards.
- Participate in **internal and external audits**, customer inspections, and regulatory reviews.
- Document and report deviations, lead **root cause analysis**, and implement **corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)**.
- Train plant staff on hygiene practices, **GMPs**, and food safety protocols.
- Coordinate with production, maintenance, and lab teams to ensure continuous quality improvement.

**Qualifications**
- **Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology** or related discipline.
- **2 to 5 years** of experience in a QA/QC role in the food industry (experience in a wheat flour plant preferred).
- Knowledge of **food safety standards** including HACCP, FSSAI, GMP, and ISO 22000.
- Experience handling **audit processes** (internal, regulatory, or third-party).
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and basic QA documentation systems.

**Preferred Certifications**
- HACCP Certification, ISO 22000/Internal Auditor Certification

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
