Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dewas for a Quality Trainee. The Quality Trainee will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including implementing quality control processes, conducting quality audits, ensuring compliance with quality assurance standards, and participating in analytical activities to maintain product excellence. The position requires active engagement and communication with team members to ensure that all quality standards are met and sustained.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills for assessing and improving quality processes
  • Experience in Quality Control and Quality Assurance
  • Proficiency in conducting Quality Audits
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and proactive problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field is desirable
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
