Industries - Chemical

To ensure the analysis and control of raw materials (RM) and finished goods (FG) to meet customer expectations, prevent defects, and maintain overall product quality.

1) Collect representative samples of the raw material from the vendor's shipment or delivery.Handle the collected samples with care to prevent contamination or degradation

2) Coordinate with the laboratory or testing facility to conduct the required chemical analysis of the raw material samples. Provide clear instructions and documentation regarding the specific chemical norms

3)Perform comprehensive testing on the new vendor's material, comparing it to the reference material.
