**Customer Support Executive**

**Salary**: ₹13,000 per month

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with customers.
- Resolve customer queries and provide timely solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Record and update customer interactions and feedback in the system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and customer experience.
- Stay updated on product features, policies, and procedures to assist customers effectively.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Educational Qualification**: Minimum **+2** (Higher Secondary) or equivalent.
- **Experience**: Freshers are welcome to apply.
- **Skills**:

- **Fluency in English and Hindi** is **mandatory**.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Good listening skills and a customer-first approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.

**Salary**:

- **₹13,000 per month**.
