**Role Objective**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Cutting and Drilling**: Perform precise cutting and drilling operations on various materials using hand and power tools.
- ** Assembly**: Assemble mechanical components and sub-assemblies of UAVs/Drones according to engineering drawings and specifications.
- ** Quality Control**: Inspect and test assembled parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
- ** Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- ** Safety**: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

**Requirements**:

- ** Experience**: Minimum of 1- 4 years of experience in mechanical assembly, including cutting, drilling, and bonding.
- ** Education**:3-year Engineering Diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus.
- ** Skills**: Proficiency with hand and power tools, ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, strong attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving skills.
- ** Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with specific tools and equipment used in mechanical assembly.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.

**Working Conditions**:

- This is a full-time position based in Bangalore that may require shift working, occasional evening or weekend work.
- May require travel to other locations of the company.
