2 Do cleaning tasks before leaving; ensure always the cleanliness of the dining, Kitchen, equipment and

service area.

3 Do cleaning tasks as per cleaning schedule or as per manager Instructions.

4 Checks and observes expiration dates of all products and raw materials.

5 Minimize wastage of products through strict observance of product management.

6 Properly marks discard time on the products.

7 Check & maintain restaurant dining area exterior & interior always clean & tidy as per cleanliness

standards.

8 Check & maintain restaurant restrooms always clean & tidy as per cleanliness standards, and restock

supplies.

9 Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas.

10 Operate large-volume cooking equipment such as grills, fryers.

11 Verify that prepared food meets requirements for quality and quantity.

12 Wash, cut, and prepare foods designated for cooking.

13 Measure ingredients required for specific food items being prepared.

14 Cook and package batches of food, such as burgers and fried chicken, which are prepared to order or

kept warm until sold.

15 Cook the exact number of items ordered by each customer, working on several different orders simultaneously.

16 Follow up service steps process while serving/taking customer orders and Assist carryout customers

and Handle customer complaints in good manner whenever appropriate.

17 Participate in promoting sales through effective suggestive selling & sell-up

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,618.53 per month

- Evening shift
- Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
