**Job Overview**

We are looking for dedicated, creative food and beverage staff for Casino services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent customer services to guest.
- Ensure the customer's requirements are fulfilled.
- Respond to customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Adhere to timing standards for products and services.
- Help the guests and clients to decide what to order according to their taste and preferences.
- Maintain hygiene standards and follow best cleaning practices.
- Handle phone enquiries and take guest reservations in a courteous and prompt manner.

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, with an emphasis on food and beverages.
- Culinary or food service management degree may be advantageous.
- Must know all food liquor, beer, wine, and retail offered
- In-depth knowledge of the food industry.
- Strong working knowledge of related computer software, including restaurant management software.
- Exceptional organizational, leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to forecast food and beverage needs.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Shift base working hours.
