**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality content (text, images, videos) for various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Plan and schedule posts using social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Zoho Social, etc.).
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions).
- Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging digital marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews.
- Conduct competitor research and suggest improvements based on insights.

**Requirements**:

- 1+ years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Zoho Social, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in running paid social media campaigns.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
- Experience in influencer collaborations or brand partnerships.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹10,739.06 - ₹20,000.00 per month
