Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and tech-savvy Web Designer and Social Media Marketing Specialist to design visually appealing, user-friendly websites and manage our brand's online presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of design, proficiency in web technologies, and expertise in social media strategy and content creation.

Key Responsibilities :Web Design & Development

  • Design, build, and maintain responsive websites using tools such as WordPress, Wix , or Shopify.
  • Ensure website functionality, performance, and optimization for SEO and user experience.
  • Collaborate with content writers and developers to update website layouts, graphics, and content.
  • Conduct regular website maintenance, troubleshooting, and updates.
  • Monitor website analytics and recommend improvements to increase traffic and conversions.

Social Media Marketing

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to grow followers and engagement across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Tik-Tok, etc.).
  • Create and schedule high-quality content (graphics, videos, captions) aligned with brand voice and marketing goals.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).
  • Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports on engagement, reach, and ROI.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital trends, social media tools, and design best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Web Design, Communications, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Web Designer, Digital Marketer, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (basic), and CMS platforms like WordPress.
  • Strong graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) or Canvas.
  • Experience with SEO, Google Analytics, and digital advertising tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Experience:

  • Familiarity with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Video editing skills for social media content.
  • Knowledge of branding and content strategy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹34,553.05 per month
