Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align design with business goals and user needs.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Design and refine logos, icons, and visual identity elements that align with brand guidelines and product vision.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform and validate design decisions.
- Ensure designs are consistent, accessible, and responsive across all platforms.
- Present design concepts clearly and confidently to stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- 4-6 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX work, visual design projects, and logo/brand design.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD.
- Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for visual design and branding tasks.
- Experience in responsive design, design systems, and working with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility best practices (WCAG).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.
