Key Responsibilities: Make and receive calls to assist with various tasks. Understand an comprehend different UK Accents. Maintain a professional and courteous communication with customers. Gather and document information accurately. Handle inquiries and resolve issues. Operate a computer efficiently to access necessary information. Qualifications: Excellent English communication skills. Ability to operate a computer. No prior experience required; on-the-job training will be provided. Interview Process: Initial online interview via Phone Call. Second round will be an offline face-to-face interview near Green Elina Adajan, Surat.
