We are seeking a motivated and service-oriented **Tele Sales Executive** to handle **inbound calls** from customers looking to book Pandits and Temples for various poojas. Your role will involve guiding customers, understanding their pooja requirements, coordinating with Pandits/Temples, and ensuring a seamless booking experience.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Attend and respond promptly to **inbound customer calls** and WhatsApp inquiries regarding pooja bookings.
- Understand the customer’s pooja requirements (type, date, city, language preference, etc.).
- Coordinate with Pandits and Temples to confirm availability and pricing.
- Share pooja details, packages, and offerings with customers to assist their decision-making.
- Close bookings by guiding customers through the final confirmation and payment process.
- Maintain detailed records of inquiries, bookings, and follow-ups using our internal system.
- Ensure smooth coordination and clear communication between the customer and the Pandit/Temple.
- Handle post-booking support and resolve any service-related queries.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
