**Job Summary**: As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying and engaging potential clients. You will be responsible for selling our digital marketing services, understanding client needs, and developing relationships that foster long-term partnerships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**: Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including social media, industry events, and online platforms.
- **Sales Presentations**: Conduct effective sales presentations and demonstrations of our services to showcase the value of our offerings.
- **Relationship Building**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business goals and provide tailored solutions.
- **Sales Strategy**: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- **CRM Management**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to identify new sales opportunities.
- **Follow-up**: Provide timely follow-ups to leads and clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree
- Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the digital marketing or advertising industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

**Experience**:

- 3-5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, specifically in digital marketing and conversions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
