As a Travel Sales Executive at MyTripLab, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our travel packages, tours, and services to potential customers. Your role will involve understanding the travel needs and preferences of clients, recommending suitable travel solutions, and closing sales to contribute to the company's growth and success.

**Responsibilities**:
**1. **Sales Generation**:

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, understand their travel requirements, and offer personalized travel solutions.
- Showcase the unique features and advantages of MyTripLab's travel packages and services to entice customers to make bookings.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by closing deals and converting leads into confirmed bookings.

**2. **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to MyTripLab.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the booking process and beyond, addressing any queries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Follow up with clients post-trip to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.

**3. **Product Knowledge**:

- Acquire in-depth knowledge of MyTripLab's travel packages, destinations, and services to offer accurate and relevant information to customers.
- Stay updated with industry trends, travel regulations, and emerging destinations to enhance your expertise and better assist clients.

**4. **Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective promotional strategies and campaigns.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless and exceptional customer experience.

**5. **Sales Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and bookings using our CRM software.
- Provide regular sales reports and performance analysis to the management team.

**Requirements**:

- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and provide outstanding customer service.
- In-depth knowledge of travel destinations, itineraries, and travel industry trends.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
- High level of enthusiasm for travel and the ability to inspire and excite customers about our travel offerings.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to work on weekends and handle international clients in different time zones.
