Your Mission We are seeking an AI Innovation Creative Builder, where you'll be at the forefront of shaping the future of healthcare through AI. In this highly dynamic and impactful role, your mission is to bridge the gap between business and technology—rapidly prototyping bold ideas into functional, real-world solutions. You’ll bring a strong technical foundation, a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical landscape, and an insatiable drive to innovate. Your work will directly support high-priority, ELT-1-level business cases. This is a fast-paced, experiment-driven environment. We move quickly: building MVPs in 24-48 hours, prototyping within a week, and deploying to production shortly after. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Experience with NextJS, N8N and AI powered IDE’s (example: Cursor). Familiarity with AI platforms and services (OpenAI, Anthropic and Open-source AI models). Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Strong attention to detail and a passion for innovation.
