Are you a creative and skilled Web Designer with a passion for crafting engaging online experiences? We're currently seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Web Designer. This role requires a minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in creating websites from scratch, along with a strong sense of design aesthetics.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Translate Figma designs into high-quality, responsive WordPress websites using page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, Divi, etc.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Utilize your creativity and design skills to conceptualize and implement visually appealing layouts and graphics.
- Optimize website performance for speed and efficiency, ensuring fast loading times and smooth navigation.
- Customize themes and templates to align with client branding and design preferences.
- Provide basic hosting support and troubleshoot technical issues as needed.
- Implement tracking codes and integrate Google Analytics to monitor website traffic and performance metrics.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in web design, UX/UI, and digital marketing.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or related field.
- 2-3 years of proven experience in web design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in page design using Beaver Builder and Elementor is a must.
- Solid understanding of speed optimization techniques and best practices.
- Experience in theme customization and familiarity with basic hosting procedures.
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics or similar web analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
