**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Web Design & Development**: Create responsive and visually engaging websites and web pages using HTML, CSS, Photoshop, Javascript and design software (such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, etc.).
- **User Experience (UX) Design**: Ensure websites are easy to navigate and provide an excellent user experience across different devices and browsers.
- **Collaboration**: Work with clients, project managers, and developers to translate project requirements into design concepts and deliver the final product.
- **Branding & Visual Design**: Design graphics, logos, banners, and other visual assets in line with client branding guidelines.
- **Content Layout & Structure**: Develop and implement layout templates and design elements that optimize content readability and overall website functionality.
- **Testing & Quality Assurance**: Perform thorough testing across browsers and devices to ensure consistent design and performance.
- **Continuous Learning**: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices in web design.

**Qualifications**:

- 1+ years of professional web design experience.
- Proficient in web design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Sketch, or similar software.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Familiarity with responsive design principles and mobile-first web design.
- Strong attention to detail and an eye for good design aesthetics.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently and in a team.
- Strong portfolio showcasing web design projects and experience.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
