Position Overview

Preparing monthly and weekly timesheets of Delivery Associates by coordinating with supervisors and clients and providing monthly attendance reports to the reporting manager and senior management.

Detailed Job Description

Time and Attendance Management
- Tracking daily attendance of Delivery Associates by coordinating with the On-field supervisors, Team leaders, Account Manager, Project In charge and preparing weekly Internal attendance sheet.
- Serving as a point of contact for any attendance related issues of Delivery Associates and escalating to the HR and Finance department when necessary.
- Highlighting continuous absenteeism of delivery associates for more than 3 days and informing direct line managers on immediate basis.
- Collecting Attendance validation and preparing reports and upload total attendance for staff payout.
- Vendor Attendance prepare and distribute towards all vendors with finance remarks.

Reporting Discrepancy Management
- Updating daily deployment report and sharing it with the concerned heads.
- Reporting of duty hours and attendance to appropriate departments.
- Discuss and reduce the discrepancies towards the staff and vendors.
- Sick leave check for the whole fleet and sharing with vendor.
- Preparing the deduction penalties of the riders as per company policy project wise for payout

**Qualifications**:
Job Requirements / Desired skills set
- Bachelor s degree/ Diploma in Business administration, Finance, or accounting
- 3+Years of experience in Payroll / Attendance Management / Grievance handling
- Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel and payroll software programs
- Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to communicate with all levels of staff.
- Excellent data entry, data cleaning and math skills
