**Job Description**:
Lion Security Guard Services, a leading company in security and solid waste management, is seeking a detail-oriented and organized **Attendance Coordinator / Computer Operator** to manage and monitor attendance records for field and sanitation workers. This role requires a reliable, proactive individual with strong communication and computer skills, especially in MS Excel, MS Word, and attendance software.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Monitor and Track Attendance**: Regularly update attendance records of sanitation and security workers using attendance software and MS Excel.
- **Communication with Field Supervisors**: Conduct **daily phone or video calls** with field supervisors to monitor work progress, address attendance issues, and provide necessary support.
- **Data Entry & Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of attendance, shifts, and any absences, ensuring data is complete and readily available for payroll and reporting.
- **Reporting**: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly attendance reports for management using MS Excel, highlighting trends and addressing any inconsistencies.
- **Software Management**: Use attendance tracking software effectively, including adding or updating employee information as needed.
- **Troubleshooting**: Assist field supervisors and employees with basic troubleshooting related to attendance software and other attendance-related queries.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Prior experience in attendance management or administration preferred, especially in a security or waste management environment.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in **MS Excel** and **MS Word**.
- Basic understanding and operation of attendance management software.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication skills to interact effectively with field supervisors and management.
- **Detail-Oriented**: Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to address minor attendance-related issues independently.

**Working Time**: 6:00 AM- 1:00PM

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (required)

**Experience**:

- Data entry: 1 year (preferred)
