**Job Title: Highly Skilled Computer Operator & Document Controller with Expertise in MS Office**

**Job Type**:Full Time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and maintain computer systems, software to ensure smooth business operations.
- Manage and organize digital and physical documentation, ensuring easy retrieval and secure storage.
- Handle file versioning, naming conventions, and classification of documents to ensure compliance and organization.
- Create and maintain databases for tracking documents, ensuring all records are up to date and easily accessible.
- Coordinate document flows, including receiving, filing, and retrieving information for team members.
- Perform regular data backups and security checks to safeguard sensitive documents and data.
- Generate reports and assist with data analysis and presentations using MS Excel and other Office tools.
- Ensure all documents are archived, stored, and indexed properly for easy access and retrieval.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in both **Computer Operations** and **Document Control**:

- Expertise in **MS Office Suite** (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access) and document management software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
- Experience with document management systems (DMS)
