Junior Officer

**Roles and Responsibility**:

- Material request from stores as per production plan.
- Follow best practice manufacturing vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures.
- Manufacture and control as per the production schedule.
- Ensure human and material resources required.
- Ensuring production/Assembly of products as per plan
- Capture of nonconforming products ,analysis & CA.
- Ensure house-keeping at shop floor
- Ensure machine maintenance activities
- Ensure preventive maintenance of all machines.
- Monitoring Breakdown of machinery.
- Ensure all different type of wastes are stored in designated colour coded containers.

**Role Specific Competencies**:

- Diploma Mechanical/ ITI fitter/CIPET.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in production within the pipe extrusion industry.
- Strong knowledge of pipe extrusion processes, equipment, and materials (e.g., PVC).
- Experience with process optimization, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies ( **TPM, 5S, Tool Box talk, Risk assessment, PTW, JHA, ).**:

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Ability to manage control rejection.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to pipe manufacturing.
