**Position Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. _**Data Management**:_
- Efficiently manage accounting data using Tally software.
- Ensure accurate and timely entry, validation, and closure of sales data within specified timelines.

2. _**Audit Activities**:_
- Utilize Tally for collecting and analyzing audit information from the accounts department.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new systems, particularly those integrated with Tally.

3. _**Reporting**:_
- Consolidate findings using Tally-generated reports and prepare audit reports for senior team members.

4. _**Software Proficiency**:_
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Tally and other relevant accounting software.
- Stay updated on the latest features and functionalities of accounting software tools.
- **5. Knowledge Development**:_
- Engage in continuous learning and development of Tally and other accounting tools.
- Stay informed about industry best practices related to accounting software.

**Minimum Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies**:

- 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance / CA Intermediate / IPCC.
- Proficiency in Tally and other accounting software.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Highly confident and dynamic.
- High attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Sound independent judgment.
- Proven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules, and regulations.
- Advanced computer skills in MS-Office, with a focus on Excel.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, including report writing.

**Salary**: From ₹9,000.00 per month
