**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the creation and maintenance of job descriptions and recruitment-related documentation.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in talent acquisition and the technology industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
