**Job Description:
- **
1. Coordination with internal team & stakeholder from different departments
2. Coordination & Alignment with client and its stakeholders
3. Validating & maintaining the hygiene in the data.
4. Develop comprehensive reports on ongoing projects and submit summary reports to client/Management each month.
5. Crisis management plans that will be executed in the event of a problem with the interior or exterior stakeholder
6. Coordinate daily schedules
7. Assist planning and coordination of a program and its activities
8. Ensure via Co-ordinating & Monitoring implementation of project practice
9. Help build positive relations within the team and external parties
10. Schedule and organize meetings/events and maintain agenda
11. Support growth and program development
12. Manage staff work assignments, workloads, and work schedules
13. Ability to work with diversity and multi-disciplinary teams
14. Create Reporting Templates/Formats for sharing Summary report’s as per the client requirement.
15. Develop dashboards for internal and external team
16. Ensuring execution is on time completion of projects and delivery
1. Good Communication both verbal and written along with Advance excel.
2. Strong Interpersonal skills & able to handle obligations at all the project levels and stakeholders
3. Sound verbal and written communication skills
4. Analytical/ Statistical approach
5. Out of the box thinking / Ability to think in different/innovative way
6. Tech savvy, proficient in MS Office (Should be able to deliver reports in PPT format)
7. Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
8. Sense taking in ownership
9. Basis statistical or mathematical skills
