About the Role: AccioJob is looking for a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to oversee our instructor team, manage administrative operations, and drive placement outcomes for students in Parul University, Vadodara. This role requires a street-smart, proactive individual with a strong understanding of the EdTech industry, technical exposure, and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Take ownership of placements for learners in Parul University. Take ownership of technical and soft skill training to maximise placements. Manage and mentor instructors, ensuring high-quality teaching and engagement. Handle administration and operational management for courses and programs. Provide guidance on placements and help deliver successful placement outcomes. Maintain strong communication with students and internal teams. This is a 6 days working role. Requirements: 2-3 years of experience in EdTech, education, or related fields. Exposure to technical domains like Full Stack Development and AI. Good command over English communication. Prior experience in placement coordination and student career guidance. Proven ability to manage teams and administrative operations effectively.
