About the Role:
AccioJob is looking for a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to oversee our instructor team, manage administrative operations, and drive placement outcomes for students in Parul University, Vadodara. This role requires a street-smart, proactive individual with a strong understanding of the EdTech industry, technical exposure, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of placements for learners in Parul University.
- Take ownership of technical and soft skill training to maximise placements.
- Manage and mentor instructors, ensuring high-quality teaching and engagement.
- Handle administration and operational management for courses and programs.
- Provide guidance on placements and help deliver successful placement outcomes.
- Maintain strong communication with students and internal teams.
- This is a 6 days working role.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in EdTech, education, or related fields.
- Exposure to technical domains like Full Stack Development and AI.
- Good command over English communication.
- Prior experience in placement coordination and student career guidance.
- Proven ability to manage teams and administrative operations effectively.
- Street-smart, proactive, and capable of problem-solving in dynamic environments.
