**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Medical Billing Executive with 1-2 years of experience in US Healthcare RCM. The role involves handling Accounts Receivable (AR), Denial Management, Eligibility Verification (EV), and Benefits Verification (BV). Experience in Internal Medicine specialty will be considered an added advantage.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Perform Eligibility Verification (EV) and Benefits Verification (BV) for patient insurance coverage.
- Review, post, and process medical claims accurately in compliance with payer guidelines.
- Conduct AR follow-up and resolve unpaid or underpaid claims.
- Handle denials by analyzing reasons, re-submitting claims, and coordinating with payers for resolution.
- Work with physicians, patients, and insurance companies to ensure smooth claim submission and reimbursement.
- Maintain proper documentation and update claim status in billing software.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and company policies.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- 1-2 years of experience in US Medical Billing / RCM process.
- Strong knowledge of AR, Denial Management, EV, and BV.
- Familiarity with CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding (basic knowledge).
- Proficiency in medical billing software (Athena, eClinicalWorks, Kareo, or similar).
- Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
