**Production Planning and Scheduling**:

- Implementing lean manufacturing principles and other efficiency strategies.
- **Team Management and Supervision**:

- Supervising production staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Promoting a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement among production workers.
- **Maintenance and Upkeep**:

- Overseeing maintenance of production equipment and facilities to ensure they are in optimal working condition.
- Troubleshooting equipment issues and coordinating repairs as needed to minimize downtime.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring accurate record-keeping of stock.
- Implementing inventory control measures to prevent shortages or overages.
- **Compliance and Regulatory Affairs**:

- Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Keeping abreast of regulatory changes and updating procedures accordingly.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:
