**Baby Corn Production Executive**

**1. Production Management**
- Planning and organizing crop registration, land selection and sowing according to the production schedule.
- Timely indenting, storage and distribution of all necessary inputs (Seeds, Fertilizers, Pesticides) for farming. Keep necessary documentation for recovery.
- Implement and monitor the package of practices for production of residue free output.
- Conduct training and field visits for farmers.
- **Achieve Target Yield, Production**

**2. Harvesting, Procurement and Dispatching**
- Plan and schedule outbound logistics by coordinating with transporters.
- Plan and schedule the harvesting at the right stage. Organize the timely available of material from farmers for transportation.
- Make sure the Quality is acceptable & Proper weighment. Coordinate with transportation providers / drivers arrange timely pickups, dispatch and deliveries.
- Prepare delivery documents including invoices, labels etc. at the time of dispatch
- Provide make sure it is delivered to DC appropriately and documentation is accepted.
- **Ensure timely shipping, delivery and exercise cost control**

**3. Planning**
- Make 3M/6M/12M plan of production (Output, Input, Area)
- Make sowing schedules 3M in advance and keep the all the stakeholders updated.
- Make necessary input plans. Input inventory and utilities.

**4. Pack house operation**
- Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch activities.
- Ensure efficient utilization of warehouse space and resources.
- Convert the product into SKUs of 200 GM & 1 KG
**- Manage inventory of Output goods, Inputs & assets. Ensure there are no losses to company**

**5. Quality Control**:

- Establish strict quality control over the time of receiving.
- Ensure good practices at the time of packing in the pack house.
**- Achieve target Quality at international level**

**6. Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of all activities, including Invoices, inventory records, and attendance sheets.
- Generate regular reports on key metrics
- Analyze data and provide insights to management for decision-making and process improvement initiatives.
- **Ensure proper accounting and recovery from the farmers against inputs**

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in relevant field.
- Strong understanding of agricultural principles, production management, and farming operations.
- Proficiency in using computers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- B Sc / M Sc Horticulture or Agriculture

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
