Customer Support Executive

**Key Responsibilites**:
1.Recovery Process:
- contact customers with overdue accounts to recover pending payments
- negotiate payment plans and provides solutions to settle outstanding debts
2.Live Process
- manage live customer accounts to ensure timely payments
- provide updates and reminders about due dates and payments amounts
3. Collection Process
- handle assigned accounts to ensure efficient collection of outstanding amounts
- follwup with customer for payment commitments
**skills and Qualification**
- Prior experience in tele calling, preferably in recovery or collections processes, is preferred but not mandatory
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems..
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills..
- Problem-solving mindset with patience and ability to handle pressure.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and adherence to company policies
**Educational Qualification**:
Minimum qualification: SSLC, +2 and any degree
Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability
Supplemental Pay:
- Performance bonus
