**About the Role**:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a US School Partnership Associate. In this hybrid role, based out of Delhi NCR, you will play a crucial part in expanding our flagship event, the National Young Authors' Fair (NYAF), by establishing partnerships with schools across the United States.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and nurture relationships with schools across the US to secure partnerships for NYAF.
- Effectively communicate the value and benefits of NYAF to school administrators and educators.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and participation of partnered schools.
- Maintain accurate data and records of interactions and partnerships.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an outbound sales role, preferably in international markets.
- A knack for engaging in conversations, with fluency and confidence in english.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Passion for education and youth development.
- Comfortable working in rotating shifts.
