**About Us**
- ONLY FOR FEMALE CANDIDATES
- 2+ years experience in Customer Care from Ecommerce industry is preferred.
- Knowledge in Fashion and retail industry is a plus.
- Good communication skills is required
**Responsibilities**
- Helping customers in choosing the right product for their requirements also help them to make a buying decision as well as suggest add-on products.
- Assisting Customers with order creation process & payment links if they are facing a problem and troubleshooting it.
- Liase with internal team (for e.g Logistics) for orders dispatch and ensuring their prompt delivery.
- Dealing with customer issues & providing customers with clear instructions to resolve them.
- Responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Experience in retail sales would be a plus.
- Should be presentable, have excellent communication skills and convincing ability.
