Topiox Research Centre Pvt. Ltd. is a young, emerging, dynamic R&D facility engaged in the development, optimization, scale up and tech transfer of generic and 505(b)2 products for Ophthalmic, Dermal, Optic, Nasal and Oral Route of administration that are targeted to be marketed globally.

We are seeking a skilled IT Hardware Technician to join our dynamic team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install, configure, and upgrade computer hardware components including CPUs, memory modules, hard drives, and expansion cards.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to procure necessary hardware components and peripherals as needed.
- Conduct hardware inventory audits and maintain accurate records of equipment and spare parts.
- Provide technical support and assistance to employees regarding hardware-related issues and inquiries.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in IT hardware technology and recommend upgrades or enhancements to improve system performance and efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
- Experience:

- Proficiency in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting computer hardware components such as CPUs, RAM, motherboards, and storage devices.
- Freshers can apply
