This Position will be using Tally ERP for accounting purpose as primary accounting software
- This position will abide to tight deadlines and multitude of Indian Accounting of Management
- Reporting such as Monthly Financials, Monthly direct and Indirect taxes
- Reporting Monthly, Quarterly, half yearly and Annual Tax Reports
- Responsible for Journal Entry Preparation and Upload
- Responsible for Accounting of all group companies.
- Preparing Management Reports such Budget and other reports
- Reconciliation of Inter Company accounts
- Monthly Billing to Clients
- Managing Cash & Fund Flow
- Manage the PO, Vendor Payment and Fixed Asset Register
- Handle Internal and Statutory Audit
- Any Direct and Indirect Tax - appeal cases and make documents ready
- Liaison with banks for FIRC closing on monthly basis
- Maintain the records of Board Meeting and Company Law matter
- Other Duties as assigned
