**Responsibilities**:Teaching and Instruction**:

- Teach English Literature, Language, and Writing Skills to senior secondary classes (11th and 12th grades) as per the prescribed syllabus (CBSE/ICSE/State Board).
- Ensure clarity in critical topics such as poetry, prose, drama, essay writing, comprehension, grammar, and vocabulary enhancement.
- Foster a love for English literature by introducing students to classic and contemporary works, as well as literary analysis techniques.
- Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and promote critical thinking.
- Integrate technology and multimedia tools into teaching for interactive and effective lessons.

**Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Prepare assignments, tests, and projects to evaluate students' comprehension and language proficiency.
- Provide detailed and constructive feedback on students’ academic performance and writing skills.
- Prepare students for board examinations by conducting practice sessions, mock exams, and doubt-clearing classes.

**Classroom Management**:

- Maintain a disciplined and respectful classroom environment to facilitate learning.
- Encourage active participation through discussions, debates, and group projects.
- Identify students who need additional support and provide remedial lessons as needed.

**Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain accurate records of students’ attendance, grades, and progress.
- Collaborate with school administration, colleagues, and parents to address students’ academic and behavioral needs.
- Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and staff development programs.

**Curricular and Co-curricular Activities**:

- Organize and guide students in English-related extracurricular activities such as debates, elocution, creative writing competitions, and drama productions.
- Mentor students for national and international English language competitions like Spell Bee, Essay Writing Contests, and Model United Nations (MUN).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
