**Job Title**: Postgraduate Teacher (PGT) of English

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage in professional development activities to continuously improve teaching practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in English, Literature, Education, or a related field. A doctoral degree is preferred.
- Bachelors' degree in Education is Mandatory.
- Relevant teaching experience at the postgraduate level, with a proven track record of successful student outcomes.
- Strong understanding of current English language and literature curricula.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Demonstrated commitment to student-centered teaching and learning.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with digital learning tools and educational technology.
- Publication of academic or literary work.
- Involvement in extracurricular activities related to English or literature.
