**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Delivery and Lesson Planning**:

- Teach **English Language and Literature** to senior secondary students (Grades 11 and 12) in accordance with the prescribed curriculum (CBSE/ICSE/State Board/IB).
- Develop engaging and comprehensive lesson plans that focus on both **literary analysis** and **language skills** (reading, writing, speaking, and listening).
- Deliver lessons that cover **poetry, prose, drama, creative writing**, and **advanced language skills** such as grammar, composition, and comprehension.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Regularly assess students’ academic performance through **assignments, quizzes, exams**, and **projects**.
- Provide constructive feedback to students on their written work, presentations, and class participation.
- Maintain detailed records of students’ academic progress and communicate updates to parents and school management.
- **Student Engagement and Development**:

- Foster a passion for **reading, writing, and creative expression** among students.
- Encourage **debates, discussions, and presentations** to improve students' spoken English and critical thinking.
- Guide students in preparing for **board exams**, **literary competitions**, and other academic events like **speech and essay contests**.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment where students feel encouraged to express their thoughts and ideas.
- Ensure classroom discipline, maintain order, and foster a respectful and collaborative learning environment.
- Use a variety of teaching methods, including **multimedia presentations, group work**, and **technology integration** to enhance learning outcomes.
- **Professional Development and Collaboration**:

- Participate in **professional development workshops, seminars**, and **teacher training programs** to stay updated with current trends in teaching and educational technology.
- Contribute to curriculum planning and school improvement initiatives.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
