**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Delivery and Lesson Planning**:

- Develop comprehensive lesson plans aligned with the curriculum (CBSE, ICSE, or State Board).
- Teach advanced topics in English literature and language, including poetry, prose, drama, grammar, and composition.
- Integrate innovative teaching methods to make lessons engaging and impactful.
- **Student Assessment**:

- Evaluate students through tests, assignments, and projects to assess understanding and language proficiency.
- Provide constructive feedback and strategies for improvement in reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills.
- **Exam Preparation**:

- Prepare students for board examinations and competitive exams (e.g., SAT, IELTS) with a focus on comprehension, writing skills, and critical analysis.
- Offer targeted support to high achievers and additional help to students needing extra guidance.
- **Literary Activities**:

- Organize and encourage participation in debates, writing competitions, drama performances, and literary events.
- Mentor students in creative writing, essay writing, and public speaking.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Foster an inclusive and disciplined classroom environment that encourages open discussion and learning.
- Motivate students to explore literature and language beyond the classroom.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay updated on trends in English literature, language education, and teaching techniques.
- **Parent Communication**:

- Regularly update parents on their child’s progress and address concerns.
- Offer suggestions to parents on how to support their child’s language learning at home.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and assignments.
- Collaborate with school administration and other teachers for academic planning and extracurricular activities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
