Key Responsibilities:

- **Teaching and Instruction**:

- Deliver engaging lessons in English literature, language, and grammar.
- Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with the curriculum.
- Explain complex topics in a clear and accessible manner to students.
- Focus on building communication skills, including speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Prepare and organize study material, assignments, and assessments.
- Design and update course content to meet the learning objectives and standards.
- Ensure that the curriculum promotes critical thinking and appreciation for literature.
- **Student Assessment**:

- Monitor and assess students' progress regularly through tests, quizzes, assignments, and projects.
- Provide constructive feedback and address areas where students are struggling.
- Prepare students for examinations by reviewing syllabus and conducting mock tests.
- Track students’ academic development and make adjustments to teaching strategies when necessary.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Encourage student participation and foster a collaborative learning atmosphere.
- Address any behavioral or academic issues promptly and appropriately.
- **Student Guidance**:

- Offer academic support to students, especially those requiring additional help.
- Encourage students to read a variety of texts and engage in critical discussions.
- Support students in developing effective study habits and time management skills.
- **Parent and Teacher Collaboration**:

- Communicate regularly with parents regarding students’ academic performance.
- Attend parent-teacher meetings to discuss student progress and concerns.
- Collaborate with other teaching staff to ensure consistent academic standards.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in education and English language teaching.
- Attend workshops, seminars, and conferences to enhance teaching methods and knowledge.
- Participate in school activities and contribute to the overall development of the institution.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
