Job Title: Tele Counselor (Work From Home)

Location: Remote

Reports To: Manager

Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Tele Counselor to provide guidance and counseling services to our clients remotely. As a Tele Counselor, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, offer professional advice, and support individuals in making informed decisions about Robotic & AI Courses. This is a fully remote position that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make and receive calls to/from prospective and existing clients for counseling purposes.
- Understand client needs and provide accurate information on Robotic & AI Courses
- Maintain detailed records of each interaction, including outcomes and follow-up actions.
- Offer guidance and support tailored to individual client needs.
- Assist clients in understanding available options and support them through decision-making processes.
- Coordinate with internal teams to address any specific queries or concerns.
- Meet daily/weekly targets for call volume and conversions.
- Provide emotional support and develop a rapport with clients, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
- Follow up with clients as needed to ensure continuous engagement and satisfaction.
- Attend training sessions and team meetings as required to stay updated with the latest services and policies.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in tele-counseling, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English, Kannada, Hindi
- Ability to handle sensitive issues with empathy and professionalism.
- A good understanding of industry-specific knowledge, such as education, career counseling.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proficient in using CRM systems.
- A quiet, professional home office setup with a reliable internet connection.

- Any degree.
- Experience working in a remote or telephonic support role.
