**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele-counselor at Portea Medical located in Bengaluru. The Tele-counselor will be responsible for providing telephonic counseling services to patients, and assisting in patient care management.

**Qualifications**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathy and understanding towards patients' needs
- Ability to handle stressful situations with calmness
- Previous experience in counseling or healthcare is a plus.
- Dietitian/Nutritionist

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
