Job Description: Customer Support Executive - Upstox INBOUND/OUTBOUND PROCESS
**Location**: Thane West, Majiwada
**Position**: Customer Support Executive
**Qualification**: Minimum 12th Pass
**Gender**: Male/Female (Both can apply)
**Experience**: Freshers are welcome to apply
**Salary**: ₹20,000 CTC (₹16,200 in-hand)
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues effectively and efficiently.
- Keep records of customer interactions, feedback, and inquiries for future reference and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall customer experience.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, policies, and procedures to provide accurate assistance.
**Key Requirements**:
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.
- Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written) are essential.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with customer support tools.
- A positive attitude, proactive approach, and willingness to learn.
**Additional Information**:
- The position is based in Thane West, Majiwada.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
