- Handling customer post sales queries and issue resolution
- Formulation and smooth implementation of the process relating to agreement, transfer, possession of property etc.
- Issuing welcome letters, Allotment Letters, Payment Plan, Demand Letters,Receipts & Other post sales documents to customers on time.
- Ensuring Reconciliation of customer accounts,payment follow ups with the customers and ensure timely collection for the project.
- Daily MIS and database maintenance.
- Issuing of Permission to Mortgage(PTM)&TPA ( Tripartite Agreement) to Banks for loan against the property
